About
Ananya Mukherjee is a Ph.D Research Scholar in the Department of English, University of Raiganj and presently teaching as State Aided College Teacher; Category- I, in the Department of English, Sripat Singh College, Murshidabad. She has Master's Degree in both English and Education. She has completed her B.Ed. and qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in English. Her areas of interest include War Literature, Partition Literature, Film Studies, Gender Studies and Post-Colonial Literature. She has presented papers in several National and International seminars and conferences till date. She has written a number of articles and book chapters. She has authored a P.G. module on American literature under UGC e-Pathsala which is a part of MoE (Ministry of Education) programme by Government of India. She is also the co-editor of the book Body Politics: Rethinking Gender and Masculinity.
