All users must observe total silence in the library and its environs at all times.

Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the library.

All bags, cases, folders etc. must be left in the luggage area outside the library.

Every student must possess his/her library card while making use of the library facilities.

Library card is nontransferable.

Library card must be renewed every year as notified.

In case a student loses his/her Library card then the student should report to the librarian and apply for a Duplicate card in plain paper by paying Rs. 10/- per card. 

One book will be issued against one student for specific number of days only. 

Reference materials should not be taken outside the library.

Newspapers and periodicals are issued against library cards for reading in the library. Journals will be issued for current reading in the library only.

In case a reader loses a book he/she should replace the book. If he/she cannot be replace, the current price of the book will be paid by the borrower.
