Department of Philosophy is the first Honors Department of Sripat Singh College. Honors course in philosophy was introduced and the department started working in full swing. With the skillful leadership, initiative and relentless efforts of teachers, the department became a center of excellence and played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of many well-established students. As a result, the department has a tremendous strength of alumni who are teaching in various schools and colleges and also engaged in different fields.
